What To Expect.

You may be anxious or nervous about your first visit to an RMT, so we’ve broken down what you can expect below.

    The massage therapist will go over a detailed history of your injuries and health conditions. Remember everything will be kept confidential from your co-workers and company.

    The massage therapist will examine the areas you highlighted in step 1 (your current and past injuries and health conditions) via orthopaedic exams, nerve tests and movement screens.

    Your RMT will explain any significant findings from the analysis of your health history and physical examsThey will work with you to use combination of soft tissue treatment and joint mobilization to help you reach your wellness goals.

    And that’s it, you’re all set.

    Time to enjoy the rest of your day! If a follow up treatment is required the doctor will let you know.
