1 Minute Desk Stretching Routine

In this post you'll learn how you can stretch at your desk in under one minute.

We’re gonna show you a simple desk stretching routine to limber up your wrists, lats, hips, middle and lower back.


Wrist

Place your hands palm to palm and rotate back and forth for a count of 5.

Mid Back

Stretch your mid back by taking a deep breath in and letting your arms and head fall forward and stretch your arms backwards as you breath out.

Lats

Reach over your desk with your right arm and rock forward and back. Slide your arm to the left and rock forward again. Repeat 2-3 times per side.

Hips and lower back:

The exact same stretch as the lat stretch but with one leg crossed over the other.
